CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking and will be applied toward the service cost. Cancellations of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless at least 24 hours' notice is given via phone or email. The deposit may be moved to a different date if needed. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full cost of the service being charged.
